You will need:
Black nail paint
silver nail paint
white nail paint
red nail paint
Striper
base coat and top coat
Start off by applying a base coat and a silver paint on your nails
now take you black polish and make thick stripe at the top
now take white and make two dots for eyes
to make ayes bit scary make two small red dots in the eyes
take a stripper and make stripes here and there
end up by applying top coat and you are done...:)
